What is the team news?
Everton remain without goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, who missed England’s World Cup qualifiers with a chest injury. Abdoulaye Doucoure, Fabian Delph and Bernard also remain out.
Crystal Palace will assess Cheikhou Kouyate’s fitness before the match after he arrived back late from international duty. Tyrick Mitchell could return but James McCarthy and Nathaniel Clyne remain doubts. Mamadou Sakho is a long-term absentee.
