From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Crystal Palace will be looking to do the double when they take on champions Man City on Sunday afternoon.

The Eagles upset City 3-2 at the Etihad in December, a match memorable for Andros Townsend’s sensational long-range volley.

Since then, Palace’s form has been patchy but they’ve all but secured safety – they’re currently 11 points clear of Cardiff City in 18th.

Man City lost their Champions League quarter-final first-leg to Tottenham on Tuesday – their first defeat since January.

A win will send the champions top of the table, at least until Liverpool play Chelsea later on Sunday.

What time does it start?

Crystal Palace vs Man City kicks off at 2:05pm (BST) on Sunday 14th April.

Crystal Palace vs Man City will be shown live on Sky Sports’ Main Event and Premier League channels from 2:00pm (BST).
