However Neil Warnock’s side return to Premier League action in high spirits after sealing their first win of the season last Sunday with a shock 3-2 victory away to Everton, lifting the Eagles out of the bottom-three.
Meanwhile Leicester City are still on cloud nine after last Saturday’s miraculous 5-3 victory over Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United at the King Power Stadium.
Nigel Pearson’s recorded back-to-back Premier League victories after their 1-0 win at Stoke City a week earlier, with top goalscorer Leonardo Ulloa scoring twice to lift the Foxes up to seventh in the league table, just a point outside qualification for the Champions League.

Goals from Wilfried Zaha, Darren Ambrose and Alan Lee established a comfortable three-goal cushion for the Eagles at the break.
However, the Foxes nearly completed a remarkable comeback in the second-half, but they couldn’t salvage a point despite second-half strikes from Andy King and DJ Campbell.
