Giovani dos Santos, who was taken off injured during the 5-1 win at Deepdale, cannot move to Spanish side Deportivo La Coruña until January. Deportivo's sporting director, Ricardo Moar, said: "It is impossible to bring Giovani to Galicia. We like him very much but the Spanish Football Federation has clarified we cannot bring a foreign player in. They would have to be [based in Spain]."
