Hudson-Odoi scored the third against Dynamo Kiev, set up by Loftus-Cheek, in the 3-0 win in the last 16 first leg.
Meanwhile, Eden Hazard and Gonzalo Higuain return to the starting line-up, both of whom were rested midweek.
The Blues can temporarily move into fourth place above Manchester United and Arsenal.
While a second game in hand, at a date to be confirmed against Brighton, gives them a chance to move above Tottenham should they win.
