After scoring for the Blues in the Capital One Cup against Bolton in midweek, Brazilian playmaker Oscar returns to the line-up in place of compatriot Ramires, who s struggling with injury.

The rest of the team remains the same from a game undefeated Chelsea should have won.

Aston Villa remain third in the Premier League despite their 3-0 defeat at home to Arsenal last weekend, but Paul Lambert has made two changes from that match.

Ciaran Clark is replaced by Nathan Baker, who was too ill to play last week, and Ashley Westwood comes in for Carlos Sanchez in midfield.

Line-ups:

Chelsea: Courtois, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Matic, Fabregas, Willian, Oscar, Hazard, Diego Costa.

Subs: Cech, Zouma, Filipe Luis, Mikel, Schurrle, Remy, Drogba.
