The Belgium international missed Wednesday’s 1-0 win at Sunderland having picked up an injury in the victory over West Bromwich Albion last weekend.
Conte, however, revealed that Hazard has returned to training and is fit to play in the lunchtime kick-off at Selhurst Park, though he may not start.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday, Conte said: “Yeah, I think [Hazard is] fit. Then I have to see if I decide to put Eden in the starting XI, but he's fit today. He trained with us.
Conte went on to confirm that Chelsea have no new injury concerns, yet he may choose to rotate his squad on account of the hectic Christmas schedule.
“For sure, not only for him but also for the other players, I have this night to decide because it’s not easy to play three games in six days,” he said.
“It's important to see every single detail and then to take the best decision for tomorrow.”
Conte’s side, who are six points clear at the top of the Premier League table, will hope to extend their current winning streak to 11 games with victory over Palace.
