Marcus Rashford hit a stoppage-time winner as Manchester United came from behind again to continue their revival, this time securing a 2-1 victory at in-form Bournemouth.
Eddie Howe's Bournemouth had won five of their past six fixtures and were on course to win again when Callum Wilson gave them a deserved lead, but as they similarly did against Newcastle and Chelsea, United regrouped, securing a valuable victory through finishes from Anthony Martial and Rashford.
The rebuild required since Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement remains a steady, ongoing process, but if their rediscovery of the resilience that gave them so many points late on in games under Ferguson becomes a regular feature it will ensure they maintain their present momentum.

Newcastle 0 - 0 Watford
Watford having the better of the game in the last couple of minutes they win a corner and whip it into the box, the header is cleared off the line and the rebound shot is sent wide. Both good chances for Watford to go ahead, both chances missed!
Cardiff 0 - 0 Leicester
Leicester are a team playing with unity despite a couple of mistakes, Cardiff try to probe the Leicester goal with long balls forward but they aren't having much success as of yet.
Everton 0 - 0 Brighton
Richarlison slips on the astroturf that adourns the side of the pitch and goes down on his ankle. He gets some treatment at the side of the pitch and is back int he game but he could be a worry going forward for Everton.
West Ham 1 - 0 Burnley
West Ham have a great chance to double their lead as Fabián Balbuena wins a header in the centre of the box after Robert Snodgrass crosses it in. Balbuena finds some space but heads the ball over the bar.
26 mins Everton 1 - 0 Brighton - Richarlison
Everton put themselves in front with a beautifully worked goal from one side of the pitch to the other. Sigurdsson finds Bernard with a little pass and Bernard gives it back to Sigurdsson further up the pitch. Sigurdsson then looks up and sends the ball into the feet of Richarlison who fires it home with a strong left foot.
Cardiff 0 - 0 Leicester
Harry Maguire has gone off for Leicester after going over and sticking his knee in the turf. Jonny Evans replaces him.
West Ham 1 - 0 Burnley
Burnley getting themselves back into the game, they press forward and get the ball into the box but Fabianksi comes and claims it. Good signs from Burnley but West Ham are still on top.
West Ham 1 - 0 Burnley
Mee keeps Burnley in the contest, Felipe Anderson beats Joe Hart with a nicely curing shot but Mee clears the ball off the line!
33 mins: Everton 1 - 1 Brighton - Dunk
Short corner for Brighton that is then whipped into the box. Dunk comes storming in at the far post and beats Zouma to the header, putting the ball in the net and making things level at Goodison Park
Cardiff 0 - 0 Leicester
Leicester weathering a storm from Cardiff, they win a corner and put the resulting header wide of goal. It's still goalless but these are encouraging signs for the visitors.
