Marcus Rashford hit a stoppage-time winner as Manchester United came from behind again to continue their revival, this time securing a 2-1 victory at in-form Bournemouth.
Eddie Howe's Bournemouth had won five of their past six fixtures and were on course to win again when Callum Wilson gave them a deserved lead, but as they similarly did against Newcastle and Chelsea, United regrouped, securing a valuable victory through finishes from Anthony Martial and Rashford.
The rebuild required since Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement remains a steady, ongoing process, but if their rediscovery of the resilience that gave them so many points late on in games under Ferguson becomes a regular feature it will ensure they maintain their present momentum.

12 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Kolasinac does well against Salah, holding up the Liverpool man and winning a throw in. The opening end to end exchanges have settled into a mid-field battle with Liverpool controlling the possession of the ball. Milner tries to feed Firmino down the left wing but kicks the ball out of play.
15 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Arsenal have two really good chances in quick succession the first hits the side netting and Alisson dives to his left to stop the second. Aubameyang whips the ball into the box from the left and Mkhitaryan wins the header, Alisson comes charging out towards him but misses the ball and the header goes wide.
18 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Liverpool score! On no wait. Alexander Arnold flicks the ball into Arsenal's box, Firmino and Mane follow it in and Firmino dinks the ball over Leno and hits the post. Mane puts the rebound into the back of the net but is ruled offside.
21 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
The disallowed goal is harsh on Liverpool, Mane was clearly behind Firmino when he touched the ball and the goal should have counted. As it stands the game is still goalless but Salah storms down the right and cuts into the box. Xhaka dives in and wins the ball.
24 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
How have Liverpool not scored? Salah finds van Dijk who has stayed up front after the corner. Van Dijk brings the ball down off his chest and turns hitting the ball towards goal. Leno makes himself big and stops the ball in it's tracks.
27 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Action at the other end of the pitch as Bellerin comes forward and hits the ball first time, he doesn't quite catch it and the ball curves past the post.
30 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Joe Gomez blocks off Aubameyang as he tries to get to the ball in the box. The tempo of the much has just calmed down in the last few minutes with both teams happy to build slowly.
33 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Mkhitaryan back heels the ball into the path of Aubameyang who pulls his shot and wins a corner. Arsenal play it quickly but Liverpool get it clear. Arsenal win the ball back eaisly and look to take control in mid-field.
36 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Arsenal are working hard here and putting Liverpool under pressure to win back the ball. They are quick to attack and even quicker in recovering the ball when they lose it.
39 mins: Arsenal 0 - 0 Liverpool
Ozil again in the heart of Arsenal's attack, he plays in Lacazette who pulls his shot wide of the far post. Arsenal come at Liverpool again this time from the left, whipping the ball into the box aiming for Aubameynag who heads it high.
