Ashley Cole will once again be missing for Chelsea in Sunday's Barclays Premier League game against Liverpool.

England left-back Cole sat out Wednesday's Champions League win over Shakhtar Donetsk with a hamstring injury and manager Roberto Di Matteo hopes he can return for next weekend's trip to West Brom.

John Terry will be pushing for a start on Sunday after he was surprisingly left on the bench in midweek, while Frank Lampard is still out.

Provisional squad: Cech, Ivanovic, Azpilicueta, Terry, Luiz, Cahill, Bertrand, Mikel, Romeu, Ramires, Mata, Oscar, Hazard, Moses, Marin, Torres, Sturridge, Turnbull.
