Your support makes all the difference.Arsene Wenger has admitted that Brazilian defender Gabriel, who joined Arsenal from Villarreal last year, is still struggling to get to grips with the English language.
Gabriel was at fault for two of the goals Arsenal conceded in the 3-2 defeat by Manchester United on Sunday, a loss which put a serious dent in their Premier League title ambitions.
Marcus Rashford's second goal of the game was because of a mix up between centre-backs, the Frenchman Laurent Koscielny and Gabriel,
“I would prefer him to have better English,” he said. “In a fraction of a second sometimes somebody can help you.
“He has Nacho Monreal who plays next to him, he can speak Spanish. I believe as well he’s working very hard on his English and he’s improving quite quickly.”
Third-placed Arsenal take on Swansea City at the Emirates Stadium tonight. If the Gunners lose and Tottenham win, they will be six points behind leaders Spurs and Leicester City, who would both have 57 points. Leicester would be in second place behind Spurs on goal difference.
Arsenal travel to rivals Tottenham on Saturday lunch-time.
