The unofficial day signifies the moment in the Premier League season when Tottenham mathematically can’t surpass their north London rivals in the table, and came after the Gunners beat Hull on Monday night.
With social media giving Gooners the platform they needed to take aim at Spurs, the final whistle at the KC Stadium was greeted with a flood of Totteringham’s Day-themed tweets and memes.

However, while Arsenal are challenging for a top-two finish with Spurs set to miss out on Champions League football once again, the Spurs faithful will look back to the 7 February this year. The date stands as the last time the Gunners tasted defeat in the Premier League, which came at the hands of (you guessed it) Tottenham.
