Your support makes all the difference.Alexis Sanchez was in confident mood ahead of Arsenal's game against Swansea, so much so he took the risky decision to tweet about it.
Prior to Sunday's match at the Liberty Stadium, the Chilean posted a picture of himself and some of his Arsenal team-mates along with the message: "Tomorrow those 3 points are coming to London #GUNNERS".
Had there been 11 players of the ability and in the form of Sanchez, the former Barcelona player would probably have been correct. But despite his best efforts, including his goal to open the scoring for Arsenal, unfortunately those around him can't claim to be performing on the same level.
The side that gave away a three goal lead to Anderlecht in midweek oversaw the relinquishing of another advantage, with Gylfi Sigurdsson's free-kick bringing things level before a header from Bafetimbi Gomis won the game for Swansea.
So Sanchez and his Arsenal team-mates returned to London with zero points. That and a couple of Swansea players taking the opportunity to stick the boot in.
Both Wayne Routledge and Angel Rangel picked up on Sanchez's tweet from the night before.
The result left Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger questioning whether anyone can now catch Chelsea in the Premier League title race.
