The former Arsenal striker wore a sixties style wig and heavily rimmed glasses to enter a school classroom undetected.
However, his French accent was harder to mask and it appeared few students at the Welsh school were fooled as Sky Sports cameras filmed the surprise visit.
After entering the classroom, he told students to be quiet, revealing he had always wanted to do so. He then removed his disguise.
The football pundit was there to give student Emma Morgan the Sky Academy award for Student of the Year.
Emma said she was "shocked" by the arrival of Henry.
