The Conference outfit, 3-2 conquerors of Third Division Darlington, face the mighty Gunners in a match that captures the romance of the competition.
It remains to be seen if the tie will be played at the 4,900-capacity Aimita Stadium or switched to Highbury.
Shrewsbury Town's reward for their giant-killing act against Everton is a mouthwatering fourth round tie with last year's beaten finalists Chelsea.
The draw also produced several all-Premiership ties. Manchester United were handed a home tie against West Ham, Fulham face Charlton and Blackburn meet the winners of the third round replay between Bolton and Sunderland.
Several Premiership sides are facing First Division opponents. Liverpool facing a tricky trip to Crystal Palace, Leeds are away to the winners of the replay between Gillingham and Sheffield Wednesday, West Bromwich Albion take on Watford at Vicarage Road and Southampton meet Millwall or Third Division Cambridge.
The other surviving non-League side, Dagenham and Redbridge will tackle Norwich City or Brighton if they can win their third round replay against Plymouth.
Wolves, conquerors of Newcastle United, now face First Division rivals Leicester City at Molineux and there are two other all-First Division clashes - Sheffield United tackle Ipswich and Walsall or Reading meet Wimbledon.
Third Division Rochdale meet the winners of the replay between Cardiff City and Coventry City, Stoke tackle Bournemouth or Crewe and Brentford face Grimsby or Burnley.
