The career of Brooklyn Beckham is being watched closely - by none more so than his father.

David Beckham was in attendance at Liverpool's training ground to take in his 15-year-old son's latest game for the Arsenal Under-16s side.

Beckham Jnr is currently progressing through the ranks at Arsenal and was recently an unused substitute for their Under-18s side, for which he was wearing Thierry Henry's No 14 shirt.

Despite the attention Brooklyn is receiving (and people should be paying attention if this strike is anything to do by) it was his father who caused the biggest stir on Thursday. A number of Liverpool's youth players tweeted pictures of themselves with the former Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy and PSG player.

Beckham Snr's main project at the moment is the launch of a new MLS side in Miami.
