Liverpool will hope to strike a significant blow in the title race as they travel to face old foes Manchester City.
A season of uneven form may have ended their chances of mounting their own challenge, but Jurgen Klopp’s side could disrupt their opponents’ as they begin to try and reel in Arsenal.
The hosts trail the London club by eight points, though do have a game in hand on the league leaders.
Pep Guardiola will be worried about a couple of injury issues for key individuals coming out of the international break but will know a win may be a must if his side are to retain their title.

Team news
After being forced to pull out of Norway’s fixtures during the international break, Erling Haaland is a doubt for Manchester City. The striker suffered a groin injury after scoring a hat-trick against Burnley and will face a late fitness test. Phil Foden recently underwent surgery to have his appendix removed and will be absent.
Liverpool have seen the return of Luis Diaz from an extended injury absence, though he won’t be in the squad this weekend - while Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez are in contention to start. Thiago Alcantara will not figure though, while Stefan Bajcetic will miss the remainder of the campaign. Naby Keita is also out.
