Shane Long: The substitute that scored the winning goal against world champions last Thursday has guaranteed a play-off place in the 2016 Euros. Not only did Long score a historical goal against Germany, One Director star Niall Horan joked that he would name his first child after the striker’s heroics brought dreams of Euros qualification closer for the Irish.
