Your support makes all the difference.Hosts France brought Iceland's dream Euro 2016 run to a resounding halt in the Parisian rain on Sunday night when they demolished the outsiders 5-2 in their Euro 2016 quarter-final, setting up a mouth-watering last four meeting with Germany.
Iceland, who overcame England to make the last eight, had their resistance broken after just 12 minutes when Blaise Matuidi's pass over Iceland's defence sent Olivier Giroud clear and he placed an angled shot past keeper Hannes Halldorsson.
Juventus forward Paul Pogba headed the second minutes later and France ended Iceland's hopes when Dimitri Payet and Antoine Griezmann scored twice in three minutes shortly before the break to put the hosts four ahead at the interval.
Kolbeinn Sigthorsson turned in Gylfi Sigurdsson's cross in the 56th for an Iceland consolation but Giroud then scored his second when he headed in Payet's free kick three minutes later. Iceland's Birkir Bjarnason got a further consolation six minutes from time but Didier Deschamps side were already planning for their next encounter.

Portugal face Wales in the opening semi-final in Lyon on Wednesday night, followed by world champions Germany taking on hosts France in Marseille the folowing evening.
The final takes place in Paris next Sunday.
