Camara, who joined Wolves in the summer of 2003, has spent this season on loan at Celtic and latterly Southampton after refusing to play or train with Wolves following their relegation from the top flight at the end of last season.
Moxey confirmed that the club, who have received £1.7m in loan fees for him in the past nine months, are in "selling mode".
Moxey said: "In an ideal world he would be sold to the highest bidder following a competitive auction on or before 30 June. There has been interest from Premiership clubs - I've recently received calls from three Premier League club chairmen and I've promised to keep them informed.
"Although Camara is for sale, we will not be pushed into a corner when it comes to our valuation for him, either because we've already received loan fees or because of the controversy he caused last summer."
The Ipswich goalkeeper, Kelvin Davis, is prepared to miss Saturday's vital Championship promotion clash at Leeds to attend the birth of his second child. His wife, Kelly, is due to give birth on the same day and he is ready to return to Bury St Edmunds, where the couple live, if she goes into labour.
The former Luton and Wimbledon No 1 said: "It is a major decision but I don't want to miss the birth of the little one. As much as football is important to me, this is a life and my family we are talking about and it is not to be taken lightly.
"I have been telling Kelly that the baby has to come before we head north on Friday, or she should wait until Sunday.
"But I am also arranging for my car to be taken to Leeds just in case I need to get back quickly."
If Davis was absent, the Wales Under-21 international Lewis Price would step in. But Ipswich's manager Joe Royle said: "It's probably a very long shot Kelvin won't be playing."
