Taylor urges players to focus on Wolves
Your support helps us to tell the story
From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Graham Taylor, the Watford manager, has told his table-topping side to forget about their nearest pursuers Fulham as they seek to extend their First Division lead when they travel to one of his former clubs, Wolves, today.
Watford's position was consolidated when Fulham lost at home to Preston in midweek, but Taylor said yesterday: "You could argue it might have been better if Fulham had beaten Preston, as it would have shaken off another of the teams underneath us. We have to concentrate on our own performances and let the others look after themselves."
Watford could add new signing Stephen Armstrong to their squad, while Alec Chamberlain is set to continue in goal as Espen Baardsen is short of match fitness. Wolves hope to recall Neil Emblen after a bout of food poisoning, while Ludovic Pollet is back from suspension, but George Ndah is still sidelined.
Paul Jewell, the Sheffield Wednesday boss, hopes to name an unchanged side for the visit of Fulham, as the Owls seek their third win in a row.
Jewell said: "We're not getting carried away, but we certainly have a lot more confidence and two wins on the bounce now might just kick-start our season."
Fulham are determined to put things right after a draw and a defeat which followed their 11-match winning start the season. Jean Tigana should be able to choose from the same 16 who were on duty against Preston, with John Collins likely to replace Bjarne Goldbaek in midfield and Luis Boa Morte preferred to Fabrice Fernandes in attack.
Portsmouth, aiming to extend a seven-match unbeaten run, have injury worries over Ceri Hughes and Darren Moore for their home game with Birmingham.
Alan Smith's Crystal Palace, who continue to sink down the table, travel to Bolton without defenders Neil Ruddock and Dean Austin, and utility player Fan Zhiyi. Their absence adds to the problems for Smith, who accused his players of lacking a work ethic after their defeat by Grimsby and placed Clinton Morrison, Hayden Mullins and Jamie Smith on the transfer list.
Bolton's Dean Holdsworth is set for a recall to the squad after a groin injury, but captain Mike Whitlow is ruled out.
