Iain Dowie can't do maths
How many goals is that then?

Proving mathematical skills live on air has been a popular topic in recent weeks thanks to the General Election, so much so Iain Dowie has joined in.
Shadow chancellor Ed Balls took a full 10 seconds to complete the equation 7x6 - something some saw as a concern considering the Labour MP could soon be in control of the nation's purse strings. Meanwhile, the current occupier of 11 Downing Street, George Osborne, refused to even try it when asked to do so.
In such a climate of scrutiny, it was perhaps strange of Dowie to even dabble in numbers during last night's coverage of League One on Sky Sports. But the former Crystal Palace manager gave it a go anyway - with hilarious consequences.
As he tried to tell viewers of a third goal for Chesterfield, the number of fingers he held up failed to correspond.
Chesterfield went on to win 6-0 on a night that saw Bristol City promoted to the Championship.
