Your support makes all the difference.MK Dons look to add another scalp to their list of FA Cup upsets when Barnsley make the trip to the Stadium:mk in the fifth round encounter. The Dons have already seen off Premier League Queens Park Rangers and Championship side Sheffield Wednesday, and manager Karl Robinson will be hoping that their good cup run continues on Saturday.
Barnsley qualified for the fifth round following challenging games against Burnley and Hull City, edging both games 1-0. They are on a seven-match unbeaten run, winning six of those all against Championship opposition. The run has not been enough to drag them out of the relegation zone, although they’re only there through goal difference and if they continue their good form, they should be out in no time.
The last time the two clubs met was in the 2006/07 League Cup, with MK Dons running out 2-1 winners. The head-to-head record cannot separate the two teams, with one win apiece along with three draws each. The Milton Keynes outfit may struggle though, as they have not won a game since their 4-2 victory at Loftus Road.
