Your support makes all the difference.The fifth-round of the FA Cup will see Brighton and Hove Albion entertain Hull City at the Amex Stadium on Monday. It is only the second time the Seagulls have progressed this far in the competition for over two decades, as Oscar Garcia’s men look to take advantage.
History suggests that Brighton have the psychological advantage heading into this game, as the Seagulls have met the Tigers twice in the FA Cup before this encounter and won on both occasions.
Brighton are currently seventh in the Championship and haven’t lost a home game since the turn of the year. Steve Bruce and his team, however, lost their last league game at the KC Stadium against Southampton and are three points off the relegation zone. Having said that, both of Hull’s victories in the FA Cup were away wins, suggesting that Hull are capable of causing an upset.
Hull will be without record signing Nikica Jelavic and Shane Long, as they are both ineligible.
