That could mean Gary Hooper will feature as he continues to find fitness after an injury in pre-season.
Bury have been refused permission to play on-loan Jordan Sinnott in the League Cup by his parent club Huddersfield, although fellow loan signings Anthony Forrester and Danny Mayor could feature for Kevin Blackwell’s side in a game which sees the teams meet for the first time since Bury defeated the Canaries in an FA Cup third round replay in 2008.
