Derby County were rewarded for their 5-2 win at Fulham on Tuesday night with a home tie with Premier League leaders Chelsea in the fifth round of the League Cup.

Newcastle, who won 2-0 at holders Manchester City tonight, will face Tottenham at White Hart Lane. Spurs defeated Brighton 2-0 in the fourth round.

Liverpool have been drawn away to Championship Bournemouth, who knocked out West Brom on Tuesday night.

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew said tonight about the prospect of facing Spurs, who the Magpies beat 2-1 last weekend: "They'll be fired up for us coming back after getting a win there, but if we're going to win this competition we're going to have to do it the hard way because we've done an outstanding job tonight and that's really what I want to talk about."
