It’s almost time for the FA Cup’s fourth round draw. There are only two more spots left in the next round, one of which will be going to either Nottingham Forest or Arsenal who kick off after the draw and the other place is going to one of Manchester United or Aston Villa who face each other tomorrow.

Late drama in the FA Cup fixture between Championship clubs Cardiff and Preston. Mark Harris popped up in the 116th minute to win if for the Bluebirds after the game looked certain to go to penalties.

Arsenal midfielder Ainsley Maitland-Niles has joined Serie A club Roma on loan until the end of the season.

Maitland-Niles has started only two Premier League games for the Gunners this season, making eight top-flight appearances in total, and the club announced his move on their official website.

Manuel Lanzini and Jarrod Bowen piled more FA Cup misery on Leeds as West Ham marched into the fourth round.

Lanzini’s first-half goal and Bowen’s late strike secured a 2-0 win for David Moyes’ side and condemned Leeds to a ninth third-round defeat in the last 12 seasons.

It is now five years since the Whites have won an FA Cup match, and they rarely looked like bucking that sorry trend in a one-sided London Stadium encounter.
