PSG 2 Chelsea 1: Eden Hazard ineffective in Champions League tie before being taken off
ANALYSIS: The view from the bench, the star man and the moment of the match in Chelsea's Champions League last-16 first-leg defeat to PSG

STAR PLAYER
Gary Cahill, with an honourable mention for Branislav Ivanovic. The absences of John Terry and Kurt Zouma placed greater emphasis on Chelsea's centre of defence, but Cahill and Ivanovic handled PSG talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic well.
MOMENT OF THE MATCH
Mikel, having erred for Ibrahimovic's goal, made amends with second Champions League goal for Chelsea and his first goal in all competitions since netting against Sporting Lisbon in December 2014. There were 433 days between goals. It was his sixth in 358 Chelsea appearances over almost 10 years.
VIEW FROM THE BENCH
Baba Rahman came in at left-back for injured captain John Terry, with Cesar Azpilicueta switching flanks and Branislav Ivanovic going into the centre.
Mikel returned in midfield for the suspended Nemanja Matic. Oscar came on for the ineffective Eden Hazard, but the Brazil playmaker's role was mainly a defensive one.
MOAN OF THE MATCH
Hazard chose the eve of the match to talk up a move to a team with ambitions of winning the Champions League, saying it would be difficult to turn down PSG. He needs to start showing he is worthy of being in a European Cup-winning team.
