Mourinho was fined 13,000 euros and Inter ordered to pay 20,000 euros after the Portuguese coach was found guilty of verbally abusing Corriere dello Sport reporter Andrea Ramazzotti.
The disciplinary committee also warned Mourinho over his future conduct after he 'took the arm' of the reporter.
The altercation took place after the Serie A leaders had been held to a 1-1 draw by Atalanta on December 13.
AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani will not punish Ronaldinho despite stories suggesting the former Barcelona star had been partying in Brazil for three days.
Ronaldinho has denied the stories are true while Galliani has refused to fine or suspend the player.
Il Corriere Della Sera claimed the player had partied with friends at a luxury hotel just days before Milan's 2-0 defeat to Internazionale last month.
"I do not fine my players based on what papers have been writing and I will certainly not go to the Lega Calcio to ask for sanctions," said Galliani.
Ronaldinho later issued a statement that read: "I was a guest at a hotel in Milan, but it's not true that I organised a party and the news that was reported was less than real."
Meanwhile, Giorgio Chiellini is adamant that he has no intention of leaving Juventus despite being linked with Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham recently.
Instead, the Italy international defender says he is hoping to discuss an extension to his current Juve deal in the summer.
"Many things have been written and there have been many rumours," he said.
"The interest from big clubs is pleasing, but I have no intention of leaving Juventus. I'm fine here and I hope to stay here longer.
"I hope to extend the relationship with the club and I think we will do it in the summer."
