Your support makes all the difference.AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri was full of praise for his side after they secured a 1-0 derby win over Internazionale to move six points clear of their city rivals.
A penalty from former Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic settled the issue in the San Siro and kept the Rossoneri top of the Serie A table above Lazio.
Allegri commented: “Six points is quite a lot and we will continue to work calmly, but this six points isn't enough.
“The team did very well, they didn't give anything away, not even when we were down to ten men.
“We played well, we were aggressive and we created many chances, I am happy with that.”
Nerazzurri boss Rafa Benitez added: “It is a points gap that no-one likes, but this difference can be closed.
“Losing a derby is never easy and we must find the right mentality to recuperate.”
