Mario Balotelli is facing legal action from one of his former lovers who claims he uploaded intimate images of her to his Facebook account.

The AC Milan striker, who is currently playing for the Italian club on loan from Liverpool, has reportedly denied the accusations but not commented in public.

According to a report by Italian tabloid La Prealpina, the 40-year-old woman is planning to sue Balotelli after he allegedly released compromising pictures of her into the public domain.

Her lawyer, Giovanni Tonelli, told The Sun: “My client has been left severely traumatised. She couldn't believe it when she saw these intimate pictures had been posted online.”

"She asked for them to be removed but they were still being shared."

The Italian international has scored one goal in four apperances since returning to Serie A at the end of the transfer window.

Balotelli moved to Merseyside in the summer of 2014 from AC Milan in a deal believed to be worth £16m.

The striker found it difficult to adapt to life at Anfield and scored just one Premier League goal during his time at the club before being shipped out on loan by former Reds boss Brendan Rodgers.
