Manchester City welcome Dinamo Zagreb to the Etihad on Tuesday night hoping to make it two wins from two in the Champions League this season.

Pep Guardiola’s side are in impressive league form – despite their unexpected reverse at Norwich earlier this month – and secured a comfortable 3-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk in their opening game in Group C.

Dinamo Zagreb, meanwhile, have also started well domestically, and began their Champions League campaign with an impressive 4-0 win over Serie A side Atalanta.

City, unsurprisingly, are the strong favourites, though, and will expect another commanding victory to assert themselves at the top of the early standings.

Here’s everything you need to know:

When is it?

Kick off at the Etihad Stadium is at 8pm (BST) on Tuesday October 1.

How can I watch it?

The match will be broadcast live on BT Sport, with coverage starting at 7:15pm.

Team News

City will again be without defenders Aymeric Laporte and John Stones, so Fernandinho is likely to continue deputising at centre-back. Long-term absentee Leroy Sane remains sidelined by injury, too. Guardiola may opt to rest the influential Kevin De Bruyne, who added his eighth Premier League of the season against Everton on Saturday.

Dinamo Zagreb have relatively few injury concerns, and could name an unchanged side from the weekend’s 4-0 win over NK Lokomotiva. Mislav Orsic is the danger man for the visitors, having scored five goals in his last four appearances.

Confirmed line-ups

Man City XI: Ederson; Cancelo, Otamendi, Fernandinho, Mendy; Gündogan, Rodri, David Silva; Mahrez, Agüero, Bernardo Silva.

Dinamo Zagreb XI: Livakovic; Stojanovic, Theophile, Peric, Leovac; Moro, Ademi, Dilaver, Orsic; Dani Olmo, Petkovic.

Odds

City 1/14

Draw 10/1

Dinamo Zagreb 33/1
