Kaka dismisses Real Madrid exit talk

Kaka has dismissed suggestions that his injury-plagued spell at Real Madrid could be ended by a January transfer.

The Brazil star has struggled with a succession of injuries since arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu in a £60million deal from AC Milan in June 2009.

The 28-year-old has not made an appearance so far this season following summer knee surgery but has rubbished reports that he could be on his way out of Madrid in the new year.

Instead he is fully focused on making his comeback in December, telling Marca: "When I fully recover from injury I will play in Madrid, for Real Madrid.

"I have been a long time without playing football and my goal is to be fully recovered by December."

Meanhwile, Brazil striker Luis Fabiano has hinted that he may seek a move away from Sevilla in the New Year if he remains a peripheral figure at the Sanchez Pizjuan.

The 30-year-old penned a new contract just before the season got underway, but since then he has cut a frustrated figure, featuring just twice for the Rojiblancos.

The South American told his club’s official website: “I'm going through a tough period, but it isn't the end of the world.

“I'm not thinking about leaving in January, I just want to play again. But iff things remained the same in January, I would seek a solution.

“I want continuity. I don't want to play one game and spend the next on the bench. I don't understand something that isn't good for Sevilla. It isn't good for me either.”
