Prandeli, who ended a five-year spell at Fiorentina to replace Marcello Lippi in the national team hot-seat recently, feels Roma will be their biggest rivals once again while suggesting his former La Viola side could struggle without long-term injury victim Stevan Jovetic.
Speaking to La Stampa, he sad: "For the championship, I don't think there are alternatives to Inter.
"Massimiliano Allegri has demonstrated he can teach valuable and profitable football, so there is belief in Milan. At Juve there is still a lack of quality, but if the group follow Luigi Del Neri to the death then they could cause a scare.
"Roma remain the most fierce anti-Inter. Fiorentina without Jovetic. It is an ugly blow. Jovetic is the embodiment of someone who can make a difference."
