The former Manchester United man is now 5/4 to be sacked by Valencia before the end of the season and just 11/4 to return to Sky before the current campaign ends.
Neville’s Valencia were hammered 7-0 by Barcelona in the Copa del Rey semi-final and the manager is yet to win a single league game since he took over as manager in December. There have been calls from former Valencia players for him to resign immediately.
Longer odds of 7/2 are offered that Neville returns to these shores to manage another club while it is 16/1 he takes over at Salford City before 2018.
James Curtis of Ladbrokes News said: “Despite being talked up as a future England manager Neville’s start in Valencia means the odds of him returning to our screens before the end of the season are shortening.”
