Norway leads Uefa's Fair Play rankings, followed by teams from Denmark and Scotland, Europe's football governing body said today.
The extra places for the Europa League - formerly known as the Uefa Cup - will be given to the winners of the trio's domestic fair play competitions, which have yet to be announced.
The fair play rankings are determined by assessments made by Uefa delegates at all European matches for club and national teams. It includes positive play, respect for the opposition, respect for the referee and behavior of the crowd and team officials, along with yellow and red cards.
