A single goal from Custodio, heading home a Hugo Viana corner on 18 minutes, gave Braga a 1-0 win over Benfica to tie the aggregate scores at 2-2. Domingos Paciencia's side made it through on away goals to reach their first European final.
Porto, who won the competition eight years ago when Jose Mourinho's team overcame Celtic, lost 3-2 at Spanish side Villarreal but went through 7-4 on aggregate. Radamel Falcao, who scored four in the first leg, was among Porto's scorers.
