Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has made five changes to the team that beat Tottenham 4-1 on Saturday.

Yaya Toure, who came on for the final 15 minutes against Spurs, has replaced the injured Frank Lampard in midfield, while Pellegrini has opted to play two up front, with Edin Dzeko replacing Jesus Navas, who drops to the bench.
