Your support makes all the difference.Veteran Argentinian striker Hernan Crespo is content to see out the remainder of the season with Genoa, despite rumours linking him with a January move away from the club.
The 34-year-old has netted six goals in 19 games since his arrival in Genoa last summer, but the South American ace has been linked with both Juventus and former club Parma in recent weeks.
However, Crespo told reporters: "When I signed for Genoa I thought about finishing the season here.
"That's still my desire, but if it were troublesome for the club to keep me, then I would be willing to evaluate the hypothesis of a transfer."
Crespo first moved to Italy in the summer of 1996, joining Parma from River Plate.
He has since represented Lazio, Internazionale and AC Milan, as well as enduring an unhappy stint in England with Chelsea.
Palermo have confirmed that they have received offers from four clubs for highly-rated Denmark defender Simon Kjaer.
The 20-year-old is a reported target for a number of clubs in England, but club president Maurizio Zamparini says that there is also interest from Germany.
He told Sky Italia: "We have received four offers for Kjaer, two from Germany and two from England, but we hope to keep him."
Meanwhile, Zamparini has admitted that midfielder Fabio Simplicio is likely to join Roma either this month or in the summer, when he is out of contract.
He added on Romagiallorossa.com: "I don't know anything official. I have read the newspapers and I feel as though the player will probably end up leaving.
"I am happy if he leaves because we want convincing and happy players here. If his performances slide for the rest of the season, then he will go in June."
Meanwhile, Hamburg face major competition from clubs across Europe for the signature of AC Milan's Dutch striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
The 26-year-old has struggled to make his mark at the San Siro this season and is keen to move out on loan to try and secure a place in the Netherlands squad for the World Cup final in South Africa this summer.
However, agent Arnold Oosterveer has confirmed that there is interest from a number of different countries.
He told ESPN Soccernet: "He wants to play more.
"I can confirm the interest of some English clubs, but I will not name names out of respect for them. Huntelaar just wants to play more, whether in England, Germany, Spain or Italy.
"In football, anything is possible, everything can change in just a few days. We'll see what happens from here until the end of the winter market."
