The Blues drew the last-16 first leg 1-1 in Paris three weeks ago and are at full strength for the return, with midfielder Matic back from a two-match ban in place of Kurt Zouma in the solitary change to the side which won at West Ham last week.

Former Chelsea defender David Luiz is in the starting XI on his first return to Stamford Bridge with PSG, whilst Zlatan Ibrahimovic starts up front, whilst Edinson Cavani - who scored the equaliser in Paris after Branislav Ivanovic claimed an away goal for the Blues - is also in the side.
Talismanic Swede Ibrahimovic missed last season's quarter-final second leg through injury.
