Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has made three changes to the team that beat Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

Petr Cech comes in for Thibaut Courtois in the Chelsea goal, while teenage defender Kurt Zouma comes in for Gary Cahill in the centre of defence.

It is just Zouma's second appearance for the Blues, after he scored for them on his debut in the Capital One Cup last month.

Filipe Luis comes in for Cesar Azpilicueta, who was sent off during the win at Selhurst Park; Loic Remy keeps his place in the team with Diego Costa still out.
