Liverpool and Manchester City are all but assured of passage into the quarter-finals after securing big first-leg wins away from home against Porto and Basel respectively.
Tottenham Hotspur's task is not so simple, but Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be optimistic of progression after putting in an excellent display to draw 2-2 with Juventus in Turin.
Manchester United were less impressive away to Sevilla but stand every chance of reaching the last-eight after bringing a 0-0 back to Old Trafford.
Chelsea, meanwhile, will have to produce a memorable performance at the Nou Camp to overcome Barcelona after drawing 1-1 at Stamford Bridge.
When is the draw?
The draw will take place on Friday 16 March at 11.00am GMT in Nyon, Switzerland, two days after the completion of the final last-16 ties.
How does it work?
The draw is unseeded and there will be no ‘country protection’, meaning teams from the same domestic league can be drawn against each other.
The team drawn first in each tie will play the first leg at home, with those drawn second starting away.

When will the quarter finals take place?
The first legs of the quarter finals will be played across 3 and 4 April, with the second legs following on 10 and 11 April.
