At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The 26-year-old winger is the subject of speculation across Europe, with several big clubs thought to be interested in gaining his signature.
With the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona all being linked with the Frenchman, Bayern are struggling to keep Ribery.
However, Hoeness is quoted by Sky Sports as saying his club will not budge.
"Did you ever think that we would give in?" said Hoeness.
"Have we ever shown signs of weakening? Franck will be on our training field on July 1."
Wolfsburg coach Armin Veh has played down reports of a bust-up with AC Milan target Edin Dzeko.
Dzeko, who has told the Italian media that he is being forced to stay at Wolfsburg against his wishes, was seen leaving the Bundesliga side's pre-season training resort in a tantrum.
Despite Dzeko's indiscipline, Veh claims that he and the player have resolved their differences.
"We had a little chat with Dzeko and I can understand why he was upset," Veh told Sky Sport Italia.
"We will try to speak to him again. We are counting on him and we are sure there will not be any further problems."
It is understood that Dzeko is still trying to force a move to the San Siro, despite telling the media he will remain in Germany.
VfB Stuttgart defender Serdar Tasci has admitted to being flattered by interest in him from several leading European clubs.
The 22-year-old, who can play anywhere across the back four, is currently recovering from a knee injury and insists that his focus remains firmly with his present employers.
Tasci told the German media: “I have the ambition to move clubs one day, but the time and circumstances have to be right for me.
“I have to admit I'm flattered that clubs like Arsenal, AC Milan and Juventus have had their eye on me in the past.
“But I'm not getting carried away with this. I'm focused on Stuttgart and looking to return to action following my knee injury.”
