Premier League referee Anthony Taylor will take charge of the UEFA Super Cup game between Bayern Munich and Sevilla.

The match will take place at the Puskas Arena in Budapest on 24 September, and it will be the first time Taylor has taken charge of the fixture.

The 41-year-old has been officiating top-flight games in England since 2010 and featured in his first UEFA match in 2009.

Taylor had been listed as an additional assistant referee for the 2014 Super Cup clash in which Real Madrid beat Sevilla 2-0.

The assistant referees and VAR team for the game will also come from England, although the fourth official will be Israel's Orel Grinfeld.
