West Bromwich Albion are targeting Arsenal youngster Serge Gnabry, reports suggest.

According to the Daily Mirror, manager Tony Pulis wants to bring the winger to the Hawthorns on a season-long loan.

The Germany U21 international experienced somehow of a breakthrough two seasons ago but a serious knee injury prevented him from making a single appearance with the Gunners last term.

The 20-year-old made his debut in a League Cup match on September 2012 and has amassed 10 appearances as well as one goal.

Meanwhile, the Baggies have also held talks with Queens Park Rangers winger Matt Phillips and are willing to pay up to £10m for him.

West Brom are facing opposition from Leicester City, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa but also keep an eye on Nottingham Forest player Michail Antonio.
