Durie will use video evidence in an attempt to convince an FA disciplinary commission that he was not guilty of feigning injury during a Premier League match against Coventry at White Hart Lane on 18 August.
He will be represented by Gordon Taylor, the chief executive of the Professional Footballers' Association. 'This is a very serious charge but having spoken to Gordon and several witnesses we hope his name will be cleared after the commission has seen the video,' Taylor said.
