The home side cruised to victory in two-and-a-quarter hours with six overs and five balls to spare after restricting Yorkshire to 102 for 8, keeping alive Red Rose hopes of reaching the finals day at Trent Bridge next month.
A crowd of 14,862 - the best yet in the competition - saw the visitors toss away three wickets in the first two overs. Glen Chapple had Stephen Fleming and Michael Lumb caught off the second and third balls of the match, then Peter Martin trapped Yorkshire's captain, Matthew Wood, leg before.
Martin had Yuvraj Singh caught at slip by Carl Hooper and put himself on a hat-trick by having Gavin Hamilton caught behind off his next ball.
Richard Blakey denied Martin his treble but Yorkshire's innings was irreparably damaged at 28 for 5 despite the wicketkeeper's battling 32.
Mal Loye and Stuart Law produced a devastating response with an opening stand of 62 inside seven overs. Loye launched three sixes on his way to 45 from 34 balls, and Law hammered Ryan Sidebottom for five fours in a single over.
Tim Bresnan had Law caught at mid off for 29, and Loye followed in his next over. But Hooper eased Lancashire home with an unbeaten 22.
