Your support makes all the difference.For the second consecutive day, rain plagued the third Test between New Zealand and the West Indies. Play was limited to around two hours on day one and 13 overs into the post-lunch session on day two the heavens opened up again.
Brian Lara bounced back from his recent struggles to lead the way with 83 runs before falling to Nathan Astle. Lara, who had got beyond 50 only once in his last 13 Test innings, helped the West Indies to 95 for 1 on day one and continued the form yesterday.
Daren Ganga got 38 before he fell to Shane Bond. Shivnarine Chanderpaul scored two and was run out as the West Indies entered lunch on 224 for 4. Runako Morton reached 70 before the rain and Dwayne Bravo was also not out on 22.
