Brian Moore, the England hooker, will miss Harlequins' opening First Division fixture at Orrell on Saturday after injuring a shoulder abseiling in France. Instead Moore will turn out for the second team. Jason Leonard, the new Quins captain, is out with a shoulder injury.
Kyran Bracken, one of England's World Cup scrum-halves, will play for Bristol for the first time since March when he faces Wasps at Sudbury on Saturday. Martin Corry makes his Bristol league debut at No 8.
