From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. Logan Paul has doubled down on comments that he previously made regarding the ‘decapitation’ of opponent KSI.

The two YouTubers meet in a rematch of their 2018 amateur bout, with this year’s set to take place in the professional ranks.

With their respective training camps completed and the rematch imminent, both men have resumed their trash talking.

At a recent press conference, Paul said he predicts a ‘round one decapitation’ of his opponent.

He has now doubled down on those comments.

“I think this fight will be won or lost on experience and athleticism,” Paul revealed to The Sportsman.

“People keep on underestimating the year I’ve been training and JJ has been on tour.

“Last fight, I had three months training and he had been boxing for two years and he couldn’t beat me.

“I’m just concerned about who’s going to catch his head. Decapitation is imminent, quote me.”

Tensions rose to a new high at the open media workout earlier this week, where KSI clashed with Paul’s trainer and former heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs.

“I think our whole team just wants to f*** his whole team up, this goes beyond just KSI.

“I don’t like any of them, neither does any of my team.”
